Welcome to RCP Foundation, an IRC Section 501(c)(3) non-operating private foundation founded in 2002 by trustees and philanthropists Rudy and Connie Quiambao. In accordance with the humanitarian beliefs, ideals, and objectives of its Founders, the Foundation has been making donations, gifts, grants, and awards to worthy donees and recipients since its inception.

Through the years, RCP Foundation has been touching lives with thousands of donations, gifts, grants, and awards to humanitarian, educational, charitable, and church-related causes ranging in amount from $10.00 to $25,000.00, all for the betterment of humanity and society. The trustees have supplemented the Foundation’s philanthropic activities and largesse with their own private gifts of school tuition and other vital education-related expenses.

While all of the Foundation’s recipients to date have been U.S.-domiciled tax-exempt charities and similarly chartered not-for-profit organizations, RCP Foundation’s indenture permits it to engage, without restriction, in making donations, gifts, awards, and grants to international charitable organizations and to individuals; it may also engage in creating and sponsoring direct programs of its own, as this may be appropriate. The Foundation has been funded to date exclusively through the personal generosity of its founders, although it is permitted to accept donations from contributors which are tax-exempt pursuant to IRC Section 170.
