RCP Foundation’s core values directly correlate to its organizational mission and the causes to which it most generously donates its funds. These values are a direct extension and function of who we are, as Founding Trustees and individuals, and they serve to guide us in the direction of success in achieving our directives.

The list that follows, while not exhaustive due to space limitations, is indicative of our priorities in giving:

Compassion, Concern, and Empathy – Caring about and for others who are either less fortunate in terms of opportunity, living conditions, or health is an integral and essential part of what makes us truly Human. The members of a society need to care for one another;

Education – Learning and developing the knowledge of how to research and to study, as well as acquiring a command of vocational or professional subject matter knowledge, are part of what enable each individual to become a greater contributor to the well-being of community and society as a whole, and to ensure a greater future for all of humankind;

Employment and Opportunities – Creating meaningful jobs and opportunities to play a meaningful role afford individuals not only the opportunity to be financially self-sufficient, but they instill a sense of self-worth and the chance at greater self-determination;

Achievement – Supporting the attainment of goals, whether academic, professional, athletic, or career-related is what enables us to make each individual’s life greater, and enables community and society to advance and grow in a positive direction. Greater education, employment, and achievement among the members of a community and a society have the demonstrated effect of reducing crime and increasing prosperity;

Prayer and Worship – The opportunity and the means to give thanks and to offer prayer to our Creator, freely and frequently is an essential freedom and a part of life’s fulfillment. As we take care of our minds and our bodies, we must also attend to the health of our souls and spirits.

There are numerous other priorities having to do with the care of the aging and elderly, disaster relief, and other important causes that RCP Foundation addresses in its gifting as well, and we are open to suggestions from Qualified Donors and Partners In Giving as to ways in which we can increase our good works.
